Our Founder and Team
Optimum Consulting Services was founded by
Stephanie Roseboro, MS, CRC, LCMHC, VEWA.
Stephanie is a licensed clinical mental health counselor
who was raised in a single parent home and has a
passion to support parents and their youth.
After ten years of infertility treatment Stephanie was blessed
with a miracle micro preemie.
The OCS team is comprised trained professionals,
who share her passion and mission.
Our Mission
Optimum Consulting Services (OCS) mission is to provide comprehensive supportive services for parents, aspiring parents, and youth to address their mental, emotional, and vocational needs.
OCS supportive services include youth mentoring, anger management skills, life skills, parenting skills, support groups,
and vocational case management.
The Miracles Over Medicine (MOM) program focuses on women
on their fertility journey to help them navigate through the
process and find peace for the journey.
Our goal is to empower and educate single parents and youth
with the resources they need to turn their trials into triumphs
so that they can survive and thrive.
